Travel Costs for Consulting, Speaking and Workshops
HDM Business Solutions is based in Whitehorse and delivers consulting, speaking engagements and workshops throughout Yukon and beyond. When travel is required, the following expenses may be added to the service or event fee.
• Travel expenses are estimated and approved before booking. Clients may arrange and pay for approved flights and accommodations directly, or HDM Business Solutions may book them and include the actual costs on the invoice.
• Meals provided by the client, event organizer or accommodation will not be charged separately.
• Mileage is calculated as a round trip from Whitehorse. Travel rates may be reviewed and updated periodically.
• Additional expenses required to reach remote locations—including charter flights, specialized ground transportation or additional overnight stays—will be discussed and approved before booking.
• All service fees and applicable travel expenses are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
